Delivery times are estimations given by our shipping partners. Once an order departs from our warehouse, the delivery provider holds the obligation for a prompt delivery. Should there be any delays, feel free to contact our dedicated helpdesk at email@example.com, and we’ll liaise with the shipping provider to rectify the issue swiftly.
Delivery timeframes for pre-ordered items are approximate and depend on the timely delivery of stock from our suppliers. Occasionally, suppliers may encounter unforeseen delays, resulting in the late arrival or partial deliveries of stock. Should this happen, orders may depart our warehouse later than anticipated. International & European Orders
International express shipping can take from 7-12 days following dispatch or more, depending on any delivery complications or delays within your country. Global supply chain issues might occasionally influence delivery times.
We ship globally with no additional duties or taxes due upon delivery—the price at checkout is the final amount you pay. If you are charged any fees prior to delivery, reach out to our helpdesk at email@example.com, and we will cover these for you. As a UK-based company, we strive to deliver within the indicated shipping windows at checkout. For remote locations, please wait until the final days of your delivery window before contacting us about your delivery.
To request an exchange, please reach out to our helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will arrange the return of your product and facilitate the exchange.
We hope you will be entirely satisfied with your IceScape Recovery purchase. However, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return the product within 90 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original, unworn, unused, and undamaged condition, complete with packaging. A restocking fee may apply for opened and used products.
We only accept returns for purchases made online at icescaperecovery.com and not for items bought from third-party distributors.
To start a return, please get in touch with our helpdesk at email@example.com and send your item(s) back to the address provided below. Ensure to include your return address on the package’s reverse and conspicuously display your order number on the exterior. Enclose a copy of your invoice within the package, clearly indicating the item(s) you wish to return for a refund.

We take pride in the quality of our products. If a product is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement. You must provide proof of purchase, and we reserve the right to inspect the item to determine if it is faulty.
Please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the product if it has been damaged during delivery. Failure to do so may affect your shipping insurance claim and result in no compensation being provided.
If a product is deemed faulty, a replacement will be shipped subject to stock availability, or a voucher or refund will be issued. You will receive a response for faulty claims within 10-15 business days from the product’s arrival at the returns address above. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. We will refund the cost of postage back to you if the product is confirmed faulty after review.
IceScape Recovery cannot be held responsible for delivery delays. Customers are responsible for accurately completing the returns form. You must send the original or a copy of your invoice with the package. IceScape Recovery will not be held liable for products lost in transit but will do everything possible to resolve the issue. Please allow 10-15 business days from the day your package is returned to us for your account to be credited. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
